Andy Baggott is a specialist in Personal and Professional Development. He shows individuals and businesses how to fulfil their true potential. Utilising a fusion of ancient wisdom, cutting edge science and innovative thinking, his unique style of teaching is always fun, highly informative and readily practical.
In his early adulthood he worked as a general manager in the leisure industry opening, developing and running bars, nightclubs and restaurants. In his late 20’s his young daughter, Lara, became seriously ill and this impacted dramatically on his life. His life collapsed and he found himself a homeless, single parent caring for a very sick child who, as a result of a series of very long seizures, also had severe learning disability and autism. With the intent of finding answers to all the many questions whirling through his mind at that time, he began a remarkable journey of discovery.
Along the way he studied various healing arts including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Naturopathy, Nutrition and Shamanism. He has met and worked with many remarkable teachers and medicine men/women from many different traditions and philosophies. With an ever-keen interest in the latest scientific and philosophical thinking, Andy has created a way of working with people that empowers them to unlock their latent talents to create a life for themselves that is truly fulfilling.
He is regularly interviewed on radio and lectures extensively on a variety of topics connected to living a life that is happy, healthy and fulfilling. He is author of thirteen books, teaches Tai Chi and runs a busy healing practice from his home in the Somerset countryside.
